The Algonquian legend of lacrosse (Tokhonon) engraved in a 24"x18" alderwood plaque. Note the ghosted image of the osprey behind the text. The stick was handcarved by an Iroqouis master craftsman with the same materials, processes, and tools of the original 18 and 19th century sticks used by the Northeast Native
American nations.
